"Edited: used to love this place, but ended up having to find somewhere else to go because the wait time every single time I came in there became ridiculous. No reason to always be waiting an hour to see a doctor for 5 minutes. Dr. Penny was always great, so I didn’t decide this lightly. But my time is important too. I switched to Boystown about a year ago and I am so happy that I did. Dr. Greg Penny is absolutely amazing with my 3 kids and very knowledgeable, he also makes a point to always explain everything to me about the visit so that I know I am making the best decisions for my kids health. I have also seen Dr. Asher once and he was great! I never have an issue getting appointments that fit my schedule. I wish I would have made the switch to boystown sooner! They make doctors appointments easier for this mom of 3."

"Well since you guys want to leave me on hold and not transfer me to right department, here we go. I am complaining about how I called you guys before end of day yesterday to tell you how my son's asthma is flaring up. After waiting awhile a nurse called. We talk. Says she will call me back. Later on another nurse called. Told her again about my son. Was told she corresponding with doctor but really don't have answers and stated she doesn't really know how to help. Even refered son to primary doctor. Let's be clear you are his asthma doctor!!! You guys never offered an appointment or follow up. You are in specialized care. What's your problem?"
"I can't give enough praise to Amanda Smith. She is the PA we saw and I sought her out. She saw my daughter some time back in same day peds and she was AMAZING and the MOST helpful person after having had 8 appointments in 15 days with my daughter. Because she was so incredibly helpful I made a point to take my son to a clinic that is NOT our normal clinic specifically to see her. She is wonderful and I will attempt to take my children to her any time they need a visit outside of well checks"
