"We waited for the appetizers never came until the food. When it did arrive the waitress got what ever else we needed. Thank God we did at that time. We never saw her again. Our drinks went without refills. The taste of the burger was OK the salad was only lettuce and a few carrots with 2 strip of chicken and a small helping of dressing. Was going it could of been better. Manager did not try to apologize when I let him know. The bathrooms were disgusting there was vomit in the sinks. Plus you would think that with all the traffic coming and going there would be more stalls. Over all the worst never going back"

"What was suppose to lunch turned into dinner. The service was extremely poor. They did not come to get our order until called upon. The service itself has not improve since I last went there. It took near an hour for our food to arrive. The waiter did not even bring our refill even when asked. I do not recommend unless you're interested in waiting long time. Furthermore, I'll will not be returning in the near future. The waiter did not make an effort to clean the tables nor sweep the floors."

"I was charged $12 for 2 hamburger patties with cheese. The manager shrugged and said," looks like it was good. I can take off $2" I asked" what about your Ala carte menu?" And was told they didn't have one. Other BWW locations will ring it up as 2 extra patties and extra cheese. Why can't this location?"

"The food is amazing! I love that you can pick to either sit in the bar area or in the dining area. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great. My husband had the bird dog and I had the brisket tacos. We also order 15 original buffalo boneless wings."

"Where to start… DO NOT GO HERE! Bdubs used to be a great place to eat. Tonight they could barely be claimed as edible let alone great. We went in to a very dirty restaurant even though there was only 5 tables sat in the whole restaurant . Wings on the floor in the main walking areas that stayed there well over an hour. We were sat down at a dirty table without any napkins or silverware. Our server was clearly new , so in this I will give him the benefit of the doubt , as he was nice but clearly inexperienced . We ordered a couple bar drinks and some iced teas. We were served the bar drinks after 10-15 minutes and the teas even later than that. We also ordered a nacho appetizer that we paid extra to come with brisket and guacamole. The nachos came out with unmelted cheese, browning guac , and almost no brisket (all in all the appetizer was roughly $15) . My brother sat with an empty tea the entire experience even though asking twice for a refill. I had the manager come look at the nachos as they looked unappetizing and for $15 we should have had at least a handful of brisket. He was awkward and unsettling and did not present any solutions, rather I had to suggest he bring us more brisket. He then offered to bring “fresh” guac as if he was going to be able to acquire some that wasn’t browned . I settled for the brisket. We then ordered food that took 30-40 more minutes to come out , and lone behold they made an incorrect order , where wings were supposed to be traditional they brought us boneless, which was problematic due to dietary restrictions for one of our party. Furthermore , the wings were extremely dry and we had to ask for extra sauce . We were also supposed to get a side of ranch that I had to ask for 3 times to receive. The employees were all standoffish and weirdly unavailable, eventually I had to go to the takeout area and request assistance, which all in all was a waste of both of our times because rather it was just a weird experience. They all hide in the kitchen and rarely come out. Even with all the issues we were never offered to be comped on anything or asked how it was. This place is trash and we will not be returning until it goes out of business and becomes Farmington’s next best thing. Sad to see. $100 wasted , I could have paid less to sit down at a far nicer restaurant . Arguably McDonald’s has better service and quality control . In my opinion Bdubs would be best served closing doors or finding a whole new management staff."
