"Placed a mobile order at noon today 3/24/24, my nephew picked my order up and only had 2/3 plates I ordered. I called the establishment SIX times to get my refund back on the one plate they did not make, let alone did not give my receipt either, and no answer what so ever. This place needs to do better as far as customer service and food prep."

"absolute 0, everytime i place a pickup order they say they don’t have cream cheese ragoons when i’ve already paid for them, but then tell me it’s going to be a wait to make them after ive already explained that i paid for them, because of course i’m gonna get my cream cheese ragoons that i paid for hello? if i placed an online order and you saw the cream cheese ragoons on there why wouldn’t you just make them so they’re ready by time i get there instead of telling me there is none? because everyone who works here is completely lazy! I could place an order 30 min before they close and they would treat me as if I had come right as they closed. Not to mention my sister came here the other day and ordered a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken, very popular, and instead gave her a bowl filled with fried rice, one layer of chow mein, and orange chicken."

"Went in after a long day of work . Vary hungry at that point . The cashier charges us an extra plate. I ask to have it takeing off they still charge me and I ask for a refund on the plate and the manager Sarina refuse to gave me my money back . Didn’t provide us with a corporate number refuse to help us after words she refuse food to my pregnant wife and 2 year old . Shame I would think after 20 different review this “ Manager “ would be fire by now"

"0 stars if possible, chicken was very undercooked, rice was extremely old and crunchy, fortune cookie and the soda was the only thing decent there. Manager Sarina has horrible customer service, wouldn’t do a refund. Was extremely rude, kept my food and my receipt as well"

"ALL NEW MANAGEMENT AND CREW 2023! The management of this store has been completely replaced and the standards are now EXTREMELY HIGH! The food quality was excellent, the store was spotless, the service was incredibly fast, even during lunch rush, and the new crew at the counters was fast, fun, and professional! Even the cooks could be seen working hard. My commendation to the new manager! If you haven't tried this restaurant, now is the time! And if you had a previous experience, trust me, it's a completely new operation. Highly Recommended!"
