Wendy's

"The girl behind the counter was nice.We visited Saturday afternoon.The place was empty.Immediately I felt the sticky floor under my shoes.Lobby tables definitely needed attention.We ordered,soda machine was all out of options.When we got our food the fries where cold not even warm.The burger “Baconator” was dried out and hard bacon.I did not bring this to the staffs attention because I didn’t want to be a “Karen”.The staff that was visible by the fry station where on their phones .I would imagine that is unsanitary.My husband and I just kinda chuckled and agreed we would not be back.It was extremely bad food A Gas station hamburger would had been better.Someone needs to get on quality control ASAP."

"I have to say that Wendy's has some scrumptious salads. I'm, as of late, attempting to eat healthier so I grabbed their Cobb salad and it contained so many delightful ingredients it was very satisfying. In the summer I LOVE their strawberry salad, but you've got to get there early as they run out of them here in Durango, CO."

"We arrived and the lobby was locked. No sign to indicate closure. No explanation when asked later. Store could not provide burgers- they were apparently out- again no apology for the inconvenience. Staff were not on task and talked a lot about Non work things, which caused them to be slow. -I'm sure they were understaffed. But then say that. We also had to correct the girl at the window as she almost forgot one of our meal items and didn't give us the sauces we requested. Wanted to come here to treat myself for my birthday, but I left dissapointed."

"To start off we had a girl that never said anything to us standing behind her order board, no smile, no personality, nothing. Just blank. Food was cold, tremendously overcooked, and down right gross. Picked up our tray at the counter and only half of of order was on it. Why do fast food companies not pay more to attract people with half a brain? It's the owners fault that most of Durango complains about this Wendy's. Step up folks, fast food is on its way out due to your greed."

"Chicken nuggets, fries and tea were what you would expect. I enjoyed my food. They were very understaffed. The young man was trying you could definitely tell. When you are the only one manning the counter, it's rough. He did it with a smile. No ketchup, tables dirty there was a little wait but overall okay. Wish I would have gotten the cashier's name. He was working hard and had a smile. Kudos to him!"
