McDonald's 201 West College Drive, Durango, CO 81301

"This McDonald's needs a lot of work. The food sucks. I tried to give them another try, but the burger was cold, it tasted like old grease. The breakfast sandwich tastes the same. This has happened multiple times, I don't know why I thought today would be different. I ordered a mcgriddle and got an English muffin top with a mcgriddle bottom. I have to make sure to check everything because they are notorious for throwing anything in the bag. I have gotten things I've never ordered in the drive thru. Going through the drive thru is risky, you hear personal conversations, gossip amongst the workers while you're trying to order. I do not recommend going here for anything other than a coke."

"I've been to McDonald's all over the country and this one is by far the worst location. The computer kiosks are disgusting and I'm not going to touch them. Especially before eating. So unsanitary. Plus I couldn't get it to work nor would any employees help me. I tried getting them to help and they just ignored me. I can't even order my food from the front. what's the point of going to a restaurant if someone can't take your order? I stood at the front desk waiting for help and then employees just looked at me like a deer in the headlights. Just go somewhere else. The atmosphere was very uninviting most employees look like they didn't even want to be there. I remember when this location was actually good and they greet you with a smile and a hello. You should just put robots in there at least I get better service."

"Had a bad experience with a rude manager. I ordered on the mobile app. When I got to the window, I asked for butter and strawberry jelly. She left the window and came back with an attitude asking why I didn't ask for the butter and the jelly when placing my order. She told me I needed to add it to my order when ordering. I asked her if there was a problem with me asking for it at the window. She told me " well we get a lot and just don't understand why people don't ask for it when they order." I told her I did not want to inconvenience her and that I would not return. It is arrogant service like this that loses customers, and from now on, I will find a different place for breakfast."

"Great View of the Mountain. Food is good except that one Time they forgot Fries have salt and the bun was a rock. Service was good except that time they forgot my Nuggets. Great View of the Mountain. Do not at all recommend Burger King Nuggets, but for some reason that's an Option on this site."

"Usually a decent place for fast food. the manager with glasses and short hair, who doesn’t work Sundays was off. It looked like they tried to choke my burger worse that homer does to Bart Simpson, upon my discovery of said mangled burger, a cook loudly declares “THEY WANT ANOTHER ONE?” To my surprise the employees are usually more polite and nice but I guess they got the “B” team working Sundays"
