Oishii ramen

"I'm honestly shocked at the high rating this place has. unfortunately this is the worst ramen place I've ever been to. the outside looks like it's shut down at first glance with the boarded up door. multiple bypassers used the windows as a mirror thinking no one was inside. the inside is small and quiet, not really any ambience, but the workers are friendly. the food wasn't great, but it was served pretty quickly. the ramen came out before the appetizer which was odd but I didn't really mind. the ramen toppings (egg and bamboo shoots) were both cold like they were just taken out of the fridge. there were also only like two bamboo shoots. the pork belly was so tough I couldn't eat it. I literally could not break it with my teeth. it was a pretty disappointing bowl. the only thing I can think of as to why this place has such great reviews is maybe Denver just doesn't have good ramen? I'm from out of state, and eaten ramen in multiple countries. so maybe if you're an out-of-towner-ramen-lover, skip this one."

"Cute little ramen place that has amazing ramen packed with flavor!! We got the edamame and that was so good!! I got the Spicy Tonokotshu ramen and it was so flavorful!"

"This is a gem worth visiting if you are near the Colorado Convention Center. The ramen is falvourful (I had the black garlic and spicy), the noodles were an excellent consistency, and served quickly. As a treat, try the pan fried dumplings to start I liked that 21oz bottles of Japanese beers were on offer. I very much enjoyed both the food and the experience."

"New favorite ramen place in town! Oishii ramen has a very flavorful ramen broth base with delicious toppings. I also ordered the Rose Ceylon tea which was the perfect addition to the meal on a rainy day. The staff were very friendly, and they were able to seat us right away on a Tuesday evening. Limited seating so make sure to get there early if they're busy."

"Best Ramen in the US. I have been trying out Ramen all over the country and to be honest the Spicy Tonkotsu I had at Oishii ramen was the most delicious. Also, the people were very friendly with us. It is a must try place for everyone. Will come again for sure."
