"I am a regular customer here, and generally like the food. But I recently had several deliveries over the past weeks and it is always incorrect. I always get the wrong soda, no ice, diet. I don't like it so it is money wasted. Sometimes the chicken is tough and bready - other times it is okay. I really like their flavor, but it just seems they don't care much. If you go into the restaurant, none of the staff wear gloves, while they are handling food. I thought that was odd. I have emailed Panda Express corporate just to get a credit on my online order, and they are non-existent. Thoughts - eat there, and make sure you get what you want, otherwise choose elsewhere."
"I was trying to find the contact information to reach someone in management to describe my experience tonight. I would have preferred to address this in private, but was not successful finding contact information. I just ordered a "bigger plate" and a "plate" for my family. When at the register, I noticed that the employee rang the register with two bigger plates. I mentioned that I thought he rang the order incorrectly as I only had one bigger plate and one plate. He said I was saving money...specifically $0.50 for ringing the order that way. I looked at him with a puzzled look...made no sense to me. There was a gentlemen right behind me that seemed to be in a hurry...I did not, for some reason feel like insisting that the Panda employee was wrong. Is this a standard practice to recommend that patrons pay for a menu item they did not order, in the name of cost savings? What I was billed for was two bigger plates...there was no evidence of a savings of any kind. If Panda charges me for a certain item, the customer should get what they paid for. What bothers me is that I noticed this and pointed this out and was told something that was not true."
"One hour late on online order. Was to be ready at 6:30 and left the store at 7:28. This happens about 50% of the time at this store and never anything offered in return for the massive delay. If this is the same for your order - HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DISPUTE THE CHARGE AS "ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED." Your credit card company will charge the entire cost back to the store. Hire more teenagers at a higher pay rate and stop profit gauging the public"
"Food is good, portions are generous, service is prompt. No complaints. We have been to other Panda's in the area near by and none are as good. All our kids love it too."
"I have to say, this is the cleanest, most well-organized Panda Express I've ever been in. Everyone was working their station like clockwork. Service was fast and friendly. Portions were generous. It was just a good experience on a weekend where everyone else was insane (I visited over Thanksgiving Holiday). Well done."
