"If you are looking for the best penny is just who you are looking for. Penny and Sam saved me and my family when we needed it the most. If you try calling and they are busy you can expect a call back same day or at very least an email. Never pushy and always open about all options. They are happy to repeat and explain more for any questions I had and still have.
