"They took my money and did nothing for 3 months. Couldn't get Sandra to answer any of my emails and she dodged my phone calls when I called or tried to go into the office. Also busy, never available. After 3 months they handed me an unprofessional, error filled document. Not to mention they mailed it out before I even saw it with no communication prior to it being mailed to the government. When I copied Mrs. Chan on the email explaining that they had done a terrible job she assured me things would get fixed. Untorturable I received a notice of separation the following day with no explanation. Thanks for nothing! They took $2,000 and basically ghosted me. You would be better off taking what ever money you are thinking of giving them and flushing it down the toilet. Unprofessional, unavailable, rude, incompetent. That's how I would describe them. Do yourself and favor and go down to the school where they drop the kids off from the short bus and find someone to handle your case there."
