"So, when requesting assistance from them and following up to get information on the letter they "sent" to my complex regarding warrant of habitability, they block my emails and don't follow up. How many emails are too many? 5 supposedly, don't use them if you'd actually like a friendly team that wants to help. Can guarantee that you never get any work from me. Especially with the " I don't have time for this attitude" at least have the decency to tell me to look elsewhere. Waste of time and will be making sure you get no compensation from MetLife."
