"These people don't know much about besides being followers trying to steal other people's evaluated clients. I contacted them and representative/secretary who got my info was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!!!!!SHE ACTUALLY KEPT GOING QUIET NOT RESPONSING LIKE SHE WAS FALLING ASLEEP WITH ME ON THE LINE THE KEPT ASKING ME TO keep repeating MYSELF CAUSE COULDNT UNDERSTAND!!!!NOW WHAT KINDA REPRESENTATIVE IS THAT???!!!!WANTS ME TO EXPLAIN MY ISSUES...ETC!!!!!!!WASNT EVEN A PROFESSIONAL TO ASK ME QUESTIONS!!!!!THEN KEPT BUGGING ME UNTIL I PUT A GOOD REVIEW FOR HER!!!!AND IM NOT RACIST BUT WASNT EVEN AN AMERICAN!!!!!IF WAS/HORED AN AMERICAN I BELIEVE I WOULD OF BEEN TREATED ALOT MORE PROFESSIONAL CAUSE IF SO I MIGHT OF STILL ASKED FOR THERE HELP IN MY SITUATION BUT I found another professional.....not interested in ever using Morgan and Morgan or even referring them.....if asked Ill just give same description I gave here......my own very temporary experience with your consultants!!!!!!!ID SAY HIRE SOME BRIGHTER PEOPLE THAT CAN HEAR AND THAT HAVE RESPECT FOR OTHERS NOT DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!"

"Wouldn't help because the person who was going after ssdi couldn't make his own decisions and has a poa to make sure he makes the right decision but the main reason is because he can't Sign for him self"

"Currently on hold to try to prevent continued calls after I spent and hour and a half plus a few days ago reliving all my trauma and everything I’ve been through only for them to abruptly say they can’t help me. After I listened to the hold message about how no case is too small, and every case is worth fighting for.and how Morgan and Morgan is for the people. And now I’m getting phone calls and messages asking me to relive it all again. Even though just a few days ago they said they would not take my case. And all I’m getting is platitudes of I’m sorry and excuses and all I’m asking for is to stop being retraumatized by this law firm but I guess that’s asking for too much. Avoid this place at all costs. They will make you go through every single traumatic experience you’ve been in and all your personal information only to tell you your case isn’t good enough for them to fight for, while constantly putting you on hold and playing an automated message about how much they care and fight for the little guy. Well I was the little guy and they decided my case wasn’t good enough for them. And now I’m getting harassed by phone calls and voice mails. It’s not worth the hassle."

"They contacted me after I did questions online and read they would contact me, which they did. I went through their questionnaire over the phone. (Federal attorney has already deemed I have a case, which I settled for one portion of it.) All the questions had qualified answers. With right attorney, case should be easy. I had already given my zip code, and they continued to ask questions. Then after last question, which was income, the rep said, "unfortunately, Morgan & Morgan can't represent you." I asked why, numerous times, and they just repeated above statement. I asked what the reason(s) were, so I could tell other attorneys, but statement was on repeat. Not being given a REASON for WHY NOT, is bad practice, especially being on recorded line and me asking at least three times. I can't believe why that question couldn't be answered. I would avoid a law firm where they dance and weave around answering simple questions, or simply refuse. If they can't answer small questions, how do you know that they won't keep important information from you??"

"I have been being screened for over months. I did miss a call 2 months ago and have since tried calling, emailing and getting in touch multiple, multiple times. I've tried to get a letter stating they are not representing me. Nothing. No replies to my emails no call back when I call. I don't believe I am the only client, nor do I demand instant results. To be ignored completely and not being even given an update of we are doing xyz now- I don't even know if I have a lawyer. At least 8 months in and I still haven't spoken to one. This is insane. How do I get a live person who can talk about my status on the phone? If you are over extended say so give me a letter and I'll go a different way. Don't just leave me where I can't get another lawyer because I signed a contract with you but statute of limitations is ticking and you dont even communicate. Also received a email this case was for my son who died - from John Morgan wishing him a happy birthday and prosperous year full of joy. Sweet gesture if my son were alive. Instead left me in tears so maybe know your clients before sending out insensitive emails to a grieving mother."
