Reviews
"The quality and flavor were fantastic! As good as we expected. We didn’t find the reviews about casual atmosphere to be true though. In fact, we thought it was a bit too pretentious. We also regretted not going for omakase as the menu, like in all Nobu restaurants, is a bit tricky to navigate. We spent $270 with a tip for a table of 2."

"My wife and I celebrated our Anniversary here. The food we ordered was flavorful and the service was great. The atmosphere is what we enjoyed. We've tried similar restaurants such as Nobu and Roka Akor which we both enjoyed. We will definitely return to try other options on the menu."
"Really cool experience and great staff to help you along the way. The sushi was tasty the caviar was good and the dessert was worth it! We also tried the beef skewers and the scallops if you had to pick, go for the scallops."
"Everything was perfect! Being from Chicago has been challenging to find really tasty food in Denver. Tried some bib gourmand recommendations and was disappointed with the food quality, service, and experience. I was starting to think my standards were too high. If I'm shelling out I want to be wowed. Thankfully came across Matsuhisa and was like Nobu in Denver? I've been to Nobu 57 in NYC and was excited to try the Denver location. It did not disappoint, the service was top notch, very attentive and on a random Tuesday night no less. Water constantly refilled, cutlery replaced, and plates refreshed without asking. The cocktails were perfectly balanced and delicious. All the food was delectable and really reminded me of what I am used to back home. The tacos were fun and seasoned really well. Also if you have room for dessert the rice pudding is amazing, very delicate balance of ice cream, fruit, and crumble. If you are visiting Denver from Chicago and struggling to find a good restaurant this will hit the spot."
