"Nozomi is our new go-to sushi spot in Denver! The fish quality is outstanding, and any added “flourishes” (e.g. chives/tamari on the salmon nigiri) are so unique and delicious that you really don’t need any additional sauces for any of your sushi. Our first time here we dined in and were so impressed with the sushi chefs’ skills in measuring the perfect amount of rice out for nigiri/rolls. The service was quick, and it seemed that they had an assortment of Japanese drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) that we’ve not seen elsewhere. Our most recent time around, we ordered take out and it was, not surprisingly, phenomenal. The presentation was so inviting and the quality was *chefs kiss* I’d go so far to say, it’s the best sushi we’ve had in Denver on 3 years! 11/10 will be taking any friends/family here whenever they’re craving sushi."

"Holy yum this place is good. We loved our Saturday night meal here. There was plenty of seating and we sat at the sushi bar. The rolls were fresh and the service was friendly. Lots of roll options and beautiful atmosphere in the restaurant - gorgeous mood lighting and wood details. Also love the unique pottery pieces that everything is served in. Seaweed salad, crab cheese wontons, and the crispy tuna appetizer were phenomenal."

"Fairly new restaurant to the scene. East street parking. Small quaint environment, bamboo style decor. Friendly service. All the food was tasty and well prepared. They sent out amuse boche, very nice touch. The shrimp tempura was nice and crispy. Sushi rice was well prepared, imo it could have used a touch more seasoning. Happy hour looks great. Will be back."
