"For a property management company they’re certainly not the worst, but I’ve always preferred dealing with an actual person as a landlord. Depending on who your property manager is, will always make or break your experience. Currently I have one that is fantastic. Liz has been a dream. She actually gets stuff taken care of, listens to any concerns, and is pleasant to communicate with. In the past, it’s been clear to the other property managers I’ve dealt with that I’m just “the job” not a person with a home. Liz never acts like that. She’s made it much more pleasant."

During any circumstances they have listened and worked with me and family! While renting with them I am building my credit as well! My most recent property manager Ashley, is incredible as well! She is definitely one of a kind! I can contact her at any given moment and she responds fast and takes care of business! "The staff here will go out of the way for you if you communicate. I personally have been dealing with my dad and him having cancer. I have been staying at the hospital when i’m not at work and haven’t been to my rental in two weeks. I dropped the ball and the pipes froze when it got cold. Elizabeth the property manager has kept me informed on whose is coming and going from the property and I can focus just on being present with my dad. I am grateful and humbled by their care and communication!"

This house didn’t work out but she has been going above and beyond to show different places to find something that fits my needs. "I dont recommend this company for managing ur property. Its completely cleaned house but they are still complaining about the simple things. They said my house has pet smells, unfortunately my dogs naturally pottytrained indoors we moved our dogs months ago so no one tell it. This guys asks u too much. These two pictures are they cant take the house because its filthy and they see its uncleanliness. Hilarious! We wasted our whole time i hope you save yours."
