"Jacob sold me my investment home that he owned and flipped. After moving in we noticed the quality of workmanship done on the house was poor. In just a few months the newly installed primary shower began leaking with water running down to the lower bathroom. Three contractors that looked at the shower told me that the shower was installed incorrectly and needed to be replaced. I contacted Jacob, thinking that a new shower should have some kind of warranty. Jacob refuses to take any responsibility for the repair, and damages done to the lower bathroom, leaving me with a bill of over $8,000 to replace the shower he installed. I expect more integrity from a realtor and person who manages other peoples investment properties."

"We enjoyed our stay at this cute home. It’s the perfect size for 3-4 people. This home was very clean and the beds were comfortable with crisp white linens. We felt very welcomed and appreciated the host checking in with me via text to make sure we had everything we needed. The home is nicely located to many restaurants and good, safe places to walk. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Colorado Springs."

"Overall great experience. We had rented a home on AirBNB that was purchased later by Renjoy. This change caused our AirBNB host to cancel our reservation, but Renjoy worked with us even though they were not quite ready to list the home for bookings. . I appreciate the willingness to help us when we were in a pinch, as we were coming into town for my mother's funeral. The home was lovely and had everything you could possibly need for an amazing stay. Wonderul lay-out, lots of room for our family of twelve, wonderful kitchen, amazing views. Kids were kept busy with the game room (all but one machine worked and were fun to play). Our only issue and it was a cumbersome one, was they did not have the internet working. We needed to finish funeral videos when we arrived and had planned to watch a movie as a family. Without internet we all had to use our hotspots incurring data charges. They were responsive when we reached out each day of our 4 day stay, but they did not send anyone out to fix the internet, explore the issue, or find a solution while we were there. They did offer to let us stay one hour extra at checkout due to the inconvenience, which was appreciated. I would definitely stay in this home again as it was gorgeous, but I would make sure the internet was working so we could use a tv or have the luxury of not needing to utilize all of our hot spot data on our phones. Overall great experience and would book with Renjoy again."
