"We've had a Mailbox here for a couple of years. Our house is up a mountain and its difficult to get deliveries/packages so we use the UPS address often. The entire staff there is always so pleasant and professional. Two days ago I had multiple packages, Miguel helped to my car, which was across the street! Yesterday, we rec'd a large, heavy package. Miguel (who was leaving for the day when we arrived) saw my husband about to get this in the truck - he came back to the store to help! Wow - so nice! Great service, great attitude.
