"EVERY TIME I ORDER FROM DOOR DASH, TOKYO JOES FORGETS THE SAUCE FOR THE SPRING ROLLS I ORDER! So frustrating because I get charged for an item I cannot eat because there is NO SAUCE! Door Dash was sympathetic to my situation noting how many times this happens to me and finally refunded the full amount of the spring rolls. PLEASE BE MORE MINDFUL TJ’s and include sauces ordered that complete the meal."

"It's disgusting. - Kitchen completely filthy. Saw a roach climbing the wall. -The kids there have no idea of cleanliness or food safety. Saw people put their pans of sauce on the ground and just leave them there for other people to step in and/or spill on the floor (they don't have any drains in the kitchen so going to completely get sticky without a way to mop it up) -They forget to cook their rice even, and their chicken is disgusting being cooked on the grill as it is. Dark chicken is usually undercooked. Bottom line: DO NOT EVER GO HERE."

"Got the general joe’s soup today and it was really disappointing— the old recipe from a few years back was so much better. The current recipe has a gloopy, off-texture broth and the other ingredients do not combine well. It eats more like a mushy casserole than a soup. Also, the last several times I’ve come in the watermelon refresher drink has gone BAD (like completely fermented, bad, tastes like rotten beer) and last time I tried to warn the staff about it, they didn’t do anything about it at all. They never even went over to check on it, just kept letting people and their kids drink it. Don’t drink the refreshers here."

"Always good food and service. Kaleb took my order and provided a smile and wonderful service. Spring rolls were yummy as was their seasonal salad."

"I like that they have different options for their teas. There's no sugar option, sugar and Stevie options. The food was okay for a chain restaurant. Nothing spectacular to write home about."
