"Took my car to get an oil change at Richmar auto garage. I asked them about a sound that I was hearing from the front right tire. I told Mark, the owner, that I had taken my car about a year ago to another garage to have work done on it. I was under the assumption that the work had been preformed but when i asked Mark about it, I showed him the work sheet that the garage supposedly had done. When he looked under my car only half was done. Mark contacted the manager of that garage and told him what he found. That manager came to Mark's garage to see for himself. Without Mark acting on my behalf ,i would of not known that the work that was done by the other garage was incomplete and was charge for it. I was able to get a refund check. I would recommend Mark's garage for his honesty and integrity for taking excellent care for their customers. Teri"

Compressor finally seized up after a small leak that I should've taken care of sooner. Brought the car into a notorious auto repair shop in the Springs and they wanted the value of the car to fix the air- not gonna happen. After a family recommendation, I took the car to Mark and he made it work. Couldn't be happier. Car Tip: Just go here FIRST... it would've saved me $230 in inspection fee's for a snazzy auto shop to tell me what I already knew."

I took my car to Mark for a second opinion and he was able to get me in much sooner than I expected! He found out that my parts were under warranty, and then went the extra mile to call my dealership and have them order my parts, AND refund me a diagnostic fee I had already paid. When Mark called me with the amazing news, he had already worked everything out for me and all I had to do was wait for parts to come in to the dealership!
