When a new noise manifested itself in my cabin roof after his repairs, he took time out of his schedule to look inside and fix it if he found something. Regardless of not finding anything obvious, he used some shop materials to prevent the only possible source of the noise from returning. Sure enough, it fixed it. That was completely outside of his service, and he would have been within his rights to say so and not try to fix it. This speaks to his work ethic. I would certainly come back to him again!"
