"Maricopa County attorney has advised me that siren and lights are not evidence enough of someone portraying a police officer. People no longer need to stop based on a vehicle with emergency lights and a siren. If an individual walks up to your vehicle unless they state that they are an officer you can assume they are not and drive away. I think that creates a dangerous precedent, but I'm glad I have a recorded phone call with their explanation. It 'll be something I use when I don't stop in the future."
"I can see why they have a 1 star rating bc George Roman was charged with a dui in Maricopa County while driving tractor trailers fir a living always driving drunk putting lives at risk and was arrested but bonded out and they scratched his charges but it’s now 7 months later and they haven’t done anything. Most ppl couldn’t get so lucky. But he’s back in his home state getting domestic violence charges bc he hasn’t learned his lesson laughing that AZ hasn’t done anything. Why’d the state police get the warrant take blood for the DA’s office to not file them yet with only 5 months left to go before they can’t! Wow"
"Jenna Derango and that other fat girl. What a joke on the Dojane Smith case. What a waste of time, money, and deliberately trying to ruin lives. Even with the camera evidence you tried to twist this into something it was NOT! Terrible job."
"Well since they dropped the charges on April McLaughlin who abused, neglected, starved, killed etc 55 disabled dogs in her care then that shows this agency n the pos officials who work there are not worth the gum on my shoe. "A person's moral character can be judged by the way they treat animals." It's obvious if they don't care about animals then humans are really low on the list."
"If you want justice do not vote for anyone in this office. My son was assaulted with a helmet putting him in a coma and almost died. Oh I also have video of the pos continuing to hit him in the head once out! That is a felony!!! There are witnesses as well but they don’t want to lose a case and not interested in what is right! My son had to learn how to walk, talk eat and has short term memory and may never be able to get that back! All because they claim my son provided the address. The guy had 20 minutes to get to our house to turn around. I guess you can hurt people and not be held accountable for your actions. The guy was a marine with obviously some mental issues and probably will do it to someone else! It’s such a shame these people are in office…..I’m pretty sure if was one of their sons the guy would not be free!!!! Please do not vote for them!!!!"
