"First time in and the first thing I noticed was the exceptional customer service from KT who got me checked in. KT just has a very calm and warming demeanor and just comes across as a very genuine person. After an evaluation of my vehicle, Aaron gave me very straightforward numbers and information and was also very courteous and helpful and not pushy at all. Aaron was very conscientious of my time as well. While sitting and waiting, I noticed they gave very honest answers to several other customers that those customers weren't quite ready for new brakes whereas their competitors had told these customers their brakes were shot (according to the customers themselves). I think this is evidence of their honesty. The inside waiting area was also nice with 2 tables and plenty of charging ports. Complimentary coffee or cocoa is always a nice touch to see. Edited to add that they shake everyone's hand. To me, this is a really good sign of good training on customer service. I saw it from every single staff person. All in all I'm sure I'll be back."
