"I just needed to warn customers about the slowness of the service department. I have free service after buying my car from this dealership. The first two oil changes took 2+ hours. Which is long, but it’s free. I am here for my third oil change and recall fix. I arrived at 1:15 for my 1:30 appointment. At 4:10 I was just told me car is “just now going in to get worked on”. So 2.5 hours after my appointment and it hasn’t even been looked at yet. To say it is slow would be an understatement."
