"Called in to schedule a routine transmission fluid service. Got told by person on phone that they did not know what the estimated cost was for that service, said they would have the service advisor Rachel give me a call with the price. They never called me, and so I subsequently didn't show up on the appt date/time and had to schedule elsewhere."
"I called and made an appointment and specified I wanted to get my key fob programmed, they said yeah it’ll be $75 and if you have multiple fobs it’s the same price to program 1 or multiples and I made an appointment. When I go, they for some reason thought I was asking for my car key chip to be programmed and apparently don’t do key fobs for my car because “the original key fob is programmed to the VIN and they don’t make replacements for it” and then proceeds to give me a number to some business that can? He was still nice and professional, but I’m Mainly upset at the lack of communication when making the appointment when I asked very specifically for what I was needing, and also because I left work early for this. So not only did I lose out on money, time, and gas, but I also didn’t get what I asked for when making the appointment… however there was also a female employee who was super sweet and helpful to me when I was trying to figure out where to go. So because of the employees being caring and professional and because I didn’t actually get any service done, I gave three stars but I’m still disappointed in the entire situation."
"Moving to the area later this year, from Denver, and wanted to find a local dealership to maintain my vehicle. Faricy came recommended from friends that have purchased and get their vehicles serviced here, so I set up an appointment for a Saturday morning. I drove down from Denver during a snowstorm and my vehicle was absolutely covered in snow plow road treatment. Not only did they service my vehicle, but they also got it washed to get all that gunk off my vehicle, free of charge. Little things like that show you actually care about your customers and are most appreciated. Paul is the upmost professional and I’m glad he was my assigned advisor, although I’m sure anyone else on the staff would’ve been just as good, given my interactions with the staff upon arrival. Paul was upfront about a reduced service technician staff on the day of my visit and offered a complimentary shuttle to take me wherever I needed to go. I was able to get a ride from my friends, but appreciate the free shuttle and will likely utilize it when I live here, so I don’t have to wait at the dealership. I’m very happy with my first visit to Faricy to service my vehicle, and I look forward to working with Paul and the Faricy team for my future vehicle maintenance needs."
"I cannot say enough about the great service we received here. We had an appointment scheduled at a neighboring business that shall go unnamed but accidentally did a night drop here. Imagine my embarrassment when I received a call from Travis the next morning and realized my mistake (apparently very common). Long story short, we ended up cancelling the other appointment and Travis got my Jeep diagnosed in no time. We really appreciated the customer service, honesty, fairness, and efficiency we've come to trust from Mopar-affiliated shops. We'll definitely be back."
"Stopped by for a VIN verification with the service department after just moving from out of state - super kind staff who very quickly came out to help me and got my VIN verification done in about 2 minutes! So far so good and will definitely be back to get my jeep serviced from them! Addendum to first review- I've taken my jeep back for both an oil change and for an electrical issue (without an appointment) - Sean was excellent to keep me updated and worked me in with their insanely busy schedule. Had my car fixed within a day, without an appointment. Would 100% recommend especially for chrysler vehicles. Thanks again!"
