"Great shop at the Garden all the gods location, Kenny was my customer service representative and he kept me informed every step of the way. Management was amazing since my car was only paid for through the insurance company for 30 days. Caliber Collision took over the payments for my rental until I was able to pick up my car. The original time frame was March 31st I was able to get it on the 21st. I will definitely come here again!"

They did opt to replace parts instead of repairing them which would have sucked if I were paying out of pocket because it doubled the estimate, but since insurance was covering it, it was perfectly fine."

"My car went in for a bumper cover and radiator. It arrived in their lot as shown. A month later, they said they could not work on it and had not even looked at it. It turned up at the new shop looking like the attached photos. Multiple parts missing, including the core support, which is why the bumper was shoved into the passenger compartment. And there are many more photos of destruction where these came from."
