"Unfortunately, I will never recommend this shop to anyone I know or to whoever may ask about this shop. Initially I had a good experience with getting my vehicle checked in for repair. I assumed everything would go smoothly, but I was very wrong. My vehicle was going in for hail damage repair and I had everything scheduled through my insurance company. After a week of having my vehicle in the shop I had not received an update as to if the repairs were approved or not. I called and was given the runaround and told they would call back. Finally, I received a call stating they were not sure what happened, but the lady who approves or sends the supplements off for the repairs had not sent the supplement to my insurance company because she had Covid. I can understand people being ill, however when my vehicle is just sitting outside of the shop in a high crime area not getting worked on while I am on a 30 day rental agreement with my insurance company I begin to get worried. Long story short, I never EVER received calls as far as updates with my vehicle. I had to call in every single time to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. I explained over and over to the staff that my windshield replacement was part of the claim as well as some other dents that my insurance had approved. For some reason after many calls, they still had not put these items in their paperwork. If it had not been on my part to keep calling in to the shop I don't know if my vehicle would have been completed. My vehicle was available to me the very last day I had my rental. The windshield was replaced the day of pickup approximately one hour before my arrival. Upon pickup I examined my vehicle and found multiple hail dents that had not been repaired. I walked the entire vehicle with the staff, and they repaired the small ones I pointed out. I was left with some other dents that I was told had to be supplemented for my insurance to cover. I had pointed these dents out from the very first day and advised the staff my insurance company was aware of them. They told me they would submit the supplement and I would have to bring my vehicle back in for those repairs. Here I am months later, and I never received a call from the shop. I spoke with my insurance adjuster, and he advised he never received a call or supplement from the shop which he would have approved. He also stated he has worked in the insurance business for over 30 years and was sorry to hear that the shop I went with just didn't fix the other dents while they were fixing the other ones. I should have listened to him and went with their preferred shops. Unfortunately, my claim had to be closed, therefore I am completely unsatisfied with my experience with this shop. I was told by the shop they go above and beyond to take care of their customers and being that I am a local law enforcement officer they stated they make sure to take care of the people who serve our community. I don't feel like I was taken care of the way I should have been. I am unsure of the breakdown with communication and overall low quality of workmanship. I will never use this shop again or recommend it to anybody I know or anybody I work with. **************************************************** UPDATE!!! "What a wonderful experience we had with Pro Auto Spa. From the time I requested a quote over the phone to the completion of the project, it was pure joy working with all the staff. The work was excellent, in fact, when I brought the car back for its 2 week inspection, they replaced some of the original work simply because it was not up to their standards. "I had an amazing experience with Pro Auto Spa. After taking the car to several other shops for quotes and information, I decided to go with Pro Auto to get some hail damage fixed. They worked with me to come up with some creative solutions to keep me within budget. And the car came out looking great! Everyone was friendly to deal with. The shop is clean. The work looks good. "Extremely happy I found Pro Auto Spa to tint and apply clear bra/ppf to my new Polestar 2. Joanna and her team were extremely professional and polite and didn't push me to add on any extra services when I called to get price quotes. The prices were competitive with every other installer/detailer I called and they were able to fit me in with almost no delay. As far as the product and work goes all I can say is wow. The car looked great new, but it is just stunning with tint installed."
