"I have no confidence my vehicle will get the attention and care it deserves here. The paint on my brand new vehicle was damaged while my car was being serviced because someone was carless. The guy who appeared to be running the shop told me I could drop my car off to get it fixed and offered me a free oil change for the significant inconvenience. Keith the service manager told me that employee had no authority to offer me that and it was off the table. They still want me to bring my car in on my time and my fuel to fix the paint they they damaged and consider that to be an acceptable resolution. I do not."

"Tried to charge me for tire rotation with tires I bought from them with free tire rotation (second time in a row). Bought a new battery elsewhere less than 2 months ago and yet was told battery needed and was recharged. Last oil change my old battery had 50%, in my opinion I do not believe the battery was tested and just assumed it was same (old) battery. Rewards you get from the loyalty program is not automatic or accessible to salesperson so makes it somewhat of a hassle for customer to show amount of discount). Very disappointed that after my oil change the interior of my car stunk (first time in 5+ years this has happened). Even after 6 days it still stinks. Did not smell like that before. The past 2 experiences I have had at this facility has made me question if I will ever go back."
