"I cannot say enough or give enough appreciation for Cooper Automotive. I just bought this car and got a flat .. of course there was no jack or spare but thankfully the owner was driving past and pulled over to help. He ran to the shop, grabbed a jack, took my tire off, ordered a tire/took my wheel, and then brought my wheel back to my car with the new tire. It was a whole day ordeal but he went above and beyond to help. Too say this shop forever has my business is an understatement. Thank you again!!"

"Of all the shops I have been to, Cooper Automotive has been the best. I really appreciated the digitized inspection report. Other shops delivered the inspection report in the form of a hand written/scribbled on piece of paper that was unreadable or in some shop code that I couldn't understand. Being able to download and print the full itemized report is really going make it easier to check off all the boxes and get my vehicle taken care of to the fullest. Troy was really honest and straightforward with the reality of expected costs for keeping my aging vehicle alive. That's what I like to hear. Other shops didn't seem like they wanted a long term return customer and just wanted to patch up a few things before sending me back on the road.
