"The only reason I took my vehicle here was because I need proof of maintenance for my warranty. Otherwise an oil change is something I usually do on my other 3 vehicles. Never had any issues doing my own work. They failed to replace the dust cover clips in my wheel well, and there are several just no where to be found. This is a new vehicle. The cover was caught in my rotor (which are also brand new) this morning and grinding. Laughable work in my opinion. Considering I went to art school and can turn a wrench better than these people. I wish I would have paid the extra money and went to the dealer. Now I have to fix their work, and hope the rest of the oil change wasn’t done blindfolded."

"I spent $350 today for one oil change and 2 small jobs to my AWD front and rear that the employee told me will literally take 10 mins to do it. Not to mention, they “added air to my tires” WITHOUT my consent and only told me after I already paid and my car was done. I left there and drove straight home which is only 5 mins away. A few hours later, I turn my car on to go to complete errands and my tire pressure light comes on because my front passenger tire is completely flat on the ground. I call grease monkey to ask IF there is no screw in the tire and jiffy lube tells me that it is from adding air/ something along those lines.. does grease monkey make it right with their customers to help fix that? Guess what? Good ol Ben (who I talked to on the phone) told me I’m screwed because it wasn’t their fault at all. The lack of compassion and the fact that he didn’t even offer to LOOK at the tire says so much about how they treat customers. Especially ones that pay $350 for less than one hour of work and now have to pay an extra $550 to buy two new tires. I specifically asked if I came back WITH proof that it is confirmed that whoever messed with the air last is what caused the tire to fail and Ben told me the owner won’t care either or help at all. That’s crazy to say considering he is NOT the owner and didn’t offer to explain the situation to the actual owner. So thank you Ben at grease monkey for losing a customer for good just simply by lack of compassion and lack of self accountability that it IS a possibility that something could’ve gone wrong by grease monkey. You are so quick to blame a female and didn’t even care to say “I’m sorry that happened to you”. Literally if you had any compassion for customers then this review wouldn’t even be here."
