"I got an oil change here, and scheduled an appointment for 5:30. I came in at 5:10, and it was empty, so they took my keys and told me they’d start early on it. I was at this location for an hour and 15 minutes before my car was finally done being worked on. During that time, no other cars came through to be serviced, and they had 5 employees there. I am never coming back to what has been the longest and worst oil change experience of my life."

"Went in for a routine oil change. When I picked up my car up I heard and loud bang and my oil light came on. THEY KNOWINGLY USED THE WRONG PART AND DID NOT TELL ME (manager admitted). My oil drain plug ended up falling out (20 yards away for the building) and they had to keep my car an extra day. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!"

"These guys have rescued me on multiple occasions, filling my tires minutes before they close and always have same day appointments or next day appointments. They work quick and efficiently!"

"I've had mostly good experiences at this location. There was one time when communication wasn't the best and I was given the impression I would be picked up after the service was done. Long story short, I ended up getting a ride from a friend to pick up the car. Now I'm a little skeptical, so I always allow more time than they tell me and am pleasantly surprised when the service is done sooner. I'm also prepared with an alternate mode of transportation in the event the service takes hours."

"Relatively new location. Happened to get a flat coming off of powers pulled over a few blocks from this location and put on the spare. They took care of us and we had a set of 4 new tires in about the time it took to eat at omelets down the street. Even fixed up the spare with a new valve stem and mounted the only good tire I had left as the spare was original to the car and was 15 years old..."
