"Employee refused to give me a tracking number for prepaid USPS packages. I have been given one at every UPS I have been to. Either she's incompetent or lazy."

"When the young guy is working in this store for example 2/13/24 @ 9:30 am. He is always rude and nasty. He should appreciate the customer not using the kiosk, because that is job security for him. He does not belong working with customers at all."

"The most unhelpful and ride customer service I've ever dealt with. They don't acknowledge you, and you finally get to the counter and they just look at you as if I'm an inconvenience to them. The girl is very rude and unhelpful, the other girl just stands there and the guy who I'm assuming is a manager is even worse for not enforcing great customer service. Definitely won't be back."

"I went in today to do an Amazon return and there were two employees standing at the counter. Instead of helping me I was TOLD to do the self checkout thing with the bags. There was no one else in the store and I'm elderly... No offer to help! Wouldn't go there if you need help!"

"The girl working the desk today 1/6/2024 at 2:00PM was extremely unhelpful and inconsiderate. I’ve came to this location many times with no issue and the guys who are usually there are always nice, welcoming, and helpful. Today I took in some very important documents that needed to be sent out today and the barcode wouldn’t scan. She asked if I can reprint the label. I explained to her that my mortgage company sent me the label and paid for the shipping so there was no way for me to reprint it. She said “Gotcha. Well there’s nothing I can do for you since it won’t scan.” And I asked her for other advice and she gave me zero. I had to drive out of my way to another location where they helped me and were very understanding and super helpful. I will not be returning to this location again. Terrible customer service. Also reading some of these reviews it isn’t surprising of my experience and I doubt this location will do anything about it but say, “Sorry”"
