Luckily, I ran into this lovely business online and quickly set up an appointment. I had even called to confirm my appointment and go over any details and questions. They were very helpful over the phone and even email. They sent me an itemized receipt before I had taken my car in which was super helpful because I knew exactly what I needed to pay. My appointment was at 12:30 but they had my car ready to be driven off before then! Also, no haggling or upwelling. Lady working up front today was super sweet and helpful.
