"This shop is absolutely hands down the best in Parker, CO. I had recently traveled out of state to Colorado for my daughter's doctor appointment. That night after checking in our hotel my van lost all power to it, I was in a panic because I have no family or friends to help me so luckily I got in touch with bighorn and was able to tow my vehicle to the shop. Right away they started a diagnostic check and doing everything they can to figure what was wrong. My alternator had kicked the bucket so it needed replaced unfortunately I only had 700 to work with and the manager Shawn worked with me in getting it fixed. I could not be more grateful for these gentlemen helping my family especially making sure my 2 year old was safe to travel once the new part was in. Even the 2 young gentleman that did all the paperwork helped by keeping our spirits up and being welcoming. If I come back to parker I know I'm bring a huge thank you basket to the people that work here. Kudos to you guys, you don't know how much this kindness means to me!"
