"This store is very rude and accosts people for the exact specifics of the contents of their packages. Do not use this store unless you want to be interrogated in front of the whole store. If they are concerned about firearms or hazardous things, then they should ask the individual about those items instead. Will NOT return. Other UPS stores do NOT have this practice."

"This UPS location has successfully managed to lose 2 of the USPS packages I have dropped off here. If you’re not going to make sure these get to USPS then don’t even bother offering USPS package drop off as a courtesy/service. You guys won’t take liability for it either so thanks a lot! :)"

"Older blonde lady would not accept my Amazon return, even though it was packed in a white cardboard box instead of a brown cardboard box. She said the thickness of the white cardboard box was insufficient. Apparently she doesn’t have very much confidence in UPS services that packages would arrive undamaged. This was my first and last experience at this store. I’ll take my UPS business to a different location."
