"Apparently they feel it’s okay to serve people stale food. Bought an egg McMuffin -could immediately feel the English muffin was as hard as a hockey puck! So rude to give that to someone!!! Check your food before you leave the drive thru!"

"My order was undercooked. The meat was half pink, not even close. Upon returning to the store I told the employee how much I paid, as I was not given a receipt, but they ended up not refunding the correct amount. It's pocket change so not a big deal but kind of an insult as my order was not safely cooked. The least the store could do is make sure to refund the proper amount."

"Like the new design and huge screens for quick ordering. However is still a fast food and not the best place to eat unless your traveling or need something quick. Breakfast is good. Some healthy choices exist like salads and wrap cheeseburgers."

"This McDonald’s usually hits. 99/100 times they have an issue. Today was one of those times. I wanted to grab a bite to eat before class and I placed a mobile order. I get there and they confirmed my order and even handed me my drink. They asked me to pull up to the next window and I waited there for ten minutes before knocking on the window. At first I just wanted an eta (since I had class) on the food but then no answer. Another five minutes swing by and I had to call the store to get an update. Minutes after, a lady comes and asks me what my order was. I told them my order and they remade it. Idk if they cleared my order before handing it to me or if it never made it on the grill, but this was unacceptable. This made me late and 7 cars got their hefty orders before I got my singular happy meal. All the managers offered were coupons and not even an apology for the mishap. Utterly disappointed. Shoutout to Jaime though, the good ratings are only for her and night crew. when she is on shift nothing goes wrong with my experience. Her friendly demeanor always brightens my night and it is what keeps bringing me back to McDonald’s. I guess I’ll be sticking to the night visits though."
