"This is supposed to be a Quick Lube but I have been here for 1.5 hours waiting for a simple oil change. They also keep putting people in front of me who just show up instead of taking care of the customers that were here first. This place is not quick at all and would recommend going else where for an actual quick lube."
"My new Pacifica has had two oil changes. The first at this grease monkey location and the second I just did last night myself. When I went to remove the drain plug the corners were rounded and the only way I could get it off was to hammer a smaller size socket onto the plug (now permanently attached to my drain plug while I wait for a replacement) and it took what I estimate to be about 100 ft-lbs of torque to get it off. You guys have one job. Please do it right."
