"Horrible, bought a tire online and the order cancelled saying the tire was out of stock, but it was in stock. Bought the tire again and waited 3 hours for them to put one tire mind you, on, three people who showed up after me with no appointment got seen first. Had to leave. Almost 4 hours and people just stand around joking instead of getting the long line going."

"I would do one star but I’m trying to be nice at least. Me and my fiancé came in just for one singular tire change after traveling from Panama City back to Utah, we hit some rough roads in which caused us to stop due to a bulge in the tire wall. We checked in and waited for a while, we could see the other cars in front of us so no big deal. It was when we came outside to sit in the sun when we were told through text our car is checked in. We looked to see our car was still just sitting outside. So they weren’t even working on it like they said. Then, what was really the point that made me pretty upset was seeing 5 to 6 employees standing around one vehicle just talking and joking. None of them even necessarily doing any work to any other cars, and from what they were talking about. It was an OIL change!! So we waited over two hours, im still sitting here outside waiting for my car too as I’m leaving this review. Our car is “checked in” and being worked on, yet still sits out here right next to me in the lot and no one’s touching it. Another car came in as well just pulling up, and proceeded to immediately get service and a tire change before us! No appointment or anything, just walked in and was already served before us. (UPDATE) 4 HOURS LATER! We barely see our car get finished. Now we have been waiting a full half hour to check out"

"The wait was 2 hours which I was fine with but seeing people leave who came after me whom received the same service as me. I had asked where was my car, and she said it just started it was on the other side. After, not seeing it still for those extra 30-40 minutes on top of the 2 hr wait with my kids. I asked again, then went outside to see my car to hear another person say it had finished an hour ago.(they don’t communicate as a team) Then, I went to a different Walmart because my tire light was still on, the tire they fixed was over 10 for my tire pressure."

"I was struggling to find a place to get my oil changed. The first Walmart (hampden) I went to said they were full and the day before that closed @4. So I would recommend there too busy. So then I go to the 2nd Walmart (smith) and they only had a 2 hour wait. They were really professional with fast quick services. It only took them 28 minutes to finish my oil change also included windshield wiper fluid for cheap. They didn’t leave a mess either! Customer care was very nice and helpful. Would recommend for anything."
