"We've been going to this Firestone for years and never had any problems. Recently we had a problem with the tires we bought there a year ago. It sounded as if there was some sort of manufacturer defect. Tony made it right and didn't even make it a hassle for us. Kat listened to the problem, called Tony and he fixed it for us. Thanks so much Kat and Tony! Oh yea, and I didn't leave this review for the $5 off. I had already paid for my service. I wanted to leave the review because we received exceptional service!"
"Unethical service. Came in for a a flat tire purchased from Firestone 3 months ago. After a long runaround and argument about their record keeping not showing my account info, finally they honored my warranty. I returned home to find a different tire valve audibly leaking. When I came back a couple hours later they refused to take responsibility and called it “dumb luck” that I had a second tire issue. Don’t know if this was a vindictive incident by the mechanic or an accident. Would not recommend this shop though. Additionally they are breaking Google review terms by paying customers to leave 5 star Google reviews. See photo. Avoid this business location."
"My car started making a knocking sound every time I hit a bump and eventually, every time I drove. I paid Firestone $20 t Read text Read text out loud Read type text out loud o run a Diagnostics on my car. After an hour or so they gave me a Diagnostics report stating that I had missing side marker lights and needed to replace my inner tie Rod. To get it fixed the total was a little under $1,300 ($600 of that Read shared experience Read shared experience Read out loud Read typed text Read typed experience Read out loud Read type text out loud Turn up volume for accessibility Read out loud text Read out loud Unable to hear just to do the tie rod). I do not have that kind of cash lying around and definitely needed my car fixed ASAP. So I looked up the part and got under the car to see if it was something I could fix myself. I ended up finding out that one out of three bolts fell out of place for one of my rear shocks and another one was very loose. The knocking noise wasn't coming from a tie rod but instead, a shock that was ready to fall off. I'm a little disappointed that Firestone has way more knowledge than me in the mechanical department and wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for a $30 part that didn't even need to be replaced. I am curious though, if I had paid the $1,300 to replace a inner tie rod and the knocking noise didn't go away, would Firestone charge me extra for another part or just refund me all my money back because they got it wrong? Or worst-case scenario, what if Firestone allowed a 1st time driver / elderly person drive off with a partially hanging shock. Not a good way to start the new year."
"This location has proved to be a convenient and reliable go to place that's helped keep our vehicles running well. They've done an excellent job with several repairs we've needed done to our aging cars. We're very satisfied with their service."
"This location was amazing. I was headed from downtown Denver towards 120th on federal when I picked up something in my tire. Went completely flat in front of the Safeway nearby. Managed to limp over to the Firestone and the Person in charge was amazing. I had a final to start in just over an hour and despite having a busy schedule he was able to get my tire replaced and I made my final on time. Also had a great sense of humor and helped me calm down a bit despite my stress level over the inconvenient flat timing. Will be making appointments for more services in the near future."
