"Full disclosure - I hate buying tires! You drive them into the ground (literally) and then have to buy new ones. However, I was impressed with my Les Schwab experience. First, there was no high pressure sales. Truth be told I had found what I thought was the best tire for my truck on line. I told David what I was looking for in general terms and he suggested what I was fairly sure I wanted. I was prepared for an upgrade and add-on pitch to have me spend more but that didn’t happen. He suggested that they inspect other areas and all was well with brakes, alignment etc. so there was no inflation of price on my tires (pun intended). Next, all the service staff are very pleasant and there is a nice clean waiting room to relax in while you wait. Last, but not least, the additional services of tire rotation, air pressure checks, rebalancing and more at no expense makes there pricing a good deal."
