"Delay after delay, with a different, contradictory excuse each time. They originally promised to have it done in five days, and it took them two months. They would promise a completion date, and miss that date, and promise a new date, and miss that, etc. Happened about six times. Nothing is ever their fault. They blamed KIA corporate, "supply chains," lack of employees, etc. Also, terrible communication: weeks would go by with any word from them at all. They ignored most of my calls and texts. Apparently they aren't able to get parts delivered quickly from KIA, n or can they even talk to KIA quickly, so each back-and-forth takes several days or more, as if everything were done with snail mail. They shouldn't be in business. EDIT: the owner wants to "discuss your visit in more detail," but there's no way to contact the owner. I've contacted the service department many, many times, and as I said, they ignore most of my calls and texts. AVOID."

"Update: Brought in my vehicle for a routine oil change and service. I did the overnight drop off and my service was performed next day. I was satisfied with the overall service and the timely, clear follow up around some additional concerns I had with my coolant levels. We had an issue around air filters. They were super professional in handling my concern. The issue was resolved in a conversation that was easy, pleasant, and made me feel valued as a customer. There can be mistakes or miscommunication at any dealership, I think it was their customer service in handling my complaint that made the difference in my review update. Overall I'm a happy camper and would recommend this dealership."

"Emich KIA is absolutely wonderful! They were quick and efficient and everyone was so kind. Jenn in the service department was an absolute doll, she was extremely kind and helpful. When my appointment was over, she even spent time with me to figure out how to reset my trip meter and explained the steps to do so. They also take a video of what they are seeing with your car, walking you through areas that look great and anything that might need to be addressed. I thought that was really cool that I got to watch a video of what they saw with my car while they explained things rather than assuming that what I was being told was true. I felt very comfortable and confident with their work and I will only be getting my car serviced here in the future. 10 out of 10!"
