"I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Kaizen Collision. From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly friendly and attentive, taking the time to write a thoughtful thank-you letter that immediately made me feel valued as a customer. Throughout the process, they kept me updated with timely text messages, ensuring I was informed every step of the way. What truly sets Kaizen Collision apart is their amazing guarantee, which provided me with peace of mind knowing that they stand behind their work and prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. Thanks to their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, I feel confident in both the service I received and the prospect of working with them again in the future. Overall, my experience with Kaizen Collision was nothing short of outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking top-notch quality and exceptional customer care."
"I had the best experience at Kaizen with my vehicle, unfortunately it ended up being totaled but Amy, Antoinette, and Madison all made the process so easy. They were always so enjoyable to work with and they were so kind to me in the whole process as it happened right as I had a newborn!"
"All of the people at Kaizen were such a pleasure to work with! Madison my estimator was super communicative ,friendly great at her job honestly all of them there were! and they fixed my car in such a timely manner and it looks so good like nothing ever happened. I have never had to fix a car from an accident before this was my first time and they made the process supper easy and smooth with my insurance and my self. A huge thank you to everyone there!!"
"We had an appointment on 09/04, it was rescheduled because employees went on strike. They didn’t move my rental over with my appointment, so when I dropped the car off on 11/14 I was left with nothing. There excuse was “so many people went on strike. No one wants to work.” The right fender, front bumper and rim were supposed to be all REPLACED (as told from insurance) only the rim was replaced, bumper wasn’t touched and right fender just got filled and repainted. When I asked why they didn’t replace it they said because it wasn’t mentioned but it surely was mentioned from the insurance company. I left the car with 61,260 miles. I received the car back on 12/12 with 63,988 miles. I call to ask why is there 2718 more miles on the car, and why is my dash camera completely disabled, with McDonald’s trash in the car, Marissa (the supervisor) then tells me she’s not dealing with me and hangs up the phone. This is absolutely not okay and very unprofessional, clients cars are not used to go for “joy rides.” The paperwork I was provided with shows the amount of miles they test drove it after the alignment was done, which was only 4 miles. This will be taken into more serious manner. Do not reply back to this review with a excuse or apology."
"Update: Yes, on 11/9 they said it did not pass the quality inspection. That was after weeks of poor communication. I received a call AFTER my car was returned to me saying that a piece that was back ordered came in and they needed me to schedule coming back in. This was never communicated to me before returning my car. If they had said from the beginning “we’re going to need a week to make your estimate” I would not have called every single day. If they had said EVEN ONCE before returning my car “some parts are back ordered and it is causing delays, let’s discuss options” that would have been fine. Nothing of the sort. Just kicking the can down to the next day. But now, this company provides minimal apology and tries to place all of this unprofessionalism on one safety check? They continue to prove they don’t have any idea how customer service works. Original review: Terrible experience from beginning to end. I had to wait a month to get my car in their shop (something I did not hold against them initially) and then it took two weeks to get an estimated completion date. The communication was horrendous. I would call for an update and would always hear “you will absolutely hear from us tomorrow” 5pm rolls around and no call. So I would call and get the same answer. My car was scheduled to be completed on 11/3, they called at 3pm 11/3 and said a part arrived broken and it would be completed 11/6. Without communicating to me at all, they change the date to 11/7. I call 11/8 and they say they will have it to me by the end of the day. 11/9 I call in the morning and they say my car still needs to be painted. They CONSTANTLY over promised and under delivered. If I was told “we’ll let you know by the end of the week” I wouldn’t have been calling them every single day. Also, the front desk staff does not support their suppliers. When I dropped my car off they prefaced there may be delays due to the strike, and started going off on how “nobody wants to work anymore”. Terrible that your company would not support the people giving you the parts you need to run your business and want them to have fair wages. Unprofessional from beginning to end."
