"Wow! I came to O'Meara Ford Service for a small problem with my wiper fluid hose. Tony in the service department has been polite and professional. I also needed to have a recall service scheduled, so Tony sent me to Tammy. Tammy figured out I was getting a service and went out of her way to have the recall service done at the same time so I would not have to return! Another WOW! Then, I met Kim! Kim has stopped by several times while I have been waiting to make sure I am doing okay and offered me beverages and snacks! I am feeling a bit pampered at the moment! Thank you, O'Meara staff, for taking such good care of me on my first visit!"

"I called to get the cost of an oil change and was told it was $59. When I showed up the service rep said it was $69 but that I could talk to one of the other service reps. The other service rep told me it was $79. I explained to him I was now given 3 different prices, he said well it’s $79 and pointed to a board on the wall with prices. I left, they all seemed rude and I wouldn’t do business with such dishonest business."

"The female attendant at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful while dropping off the vehicle. I parked in the normal service lane and not the quick lane on accident and I think that triggered her. I was polite the entire time but was met with a low level of customer service I haven't experienced at other mechanics. After asking if they could check something else on my vehicle (rear differential leak) they said they'd need the car for 5 days before they could diagnose it. When I asked to make an appointment to come back they said they'd still need the car for 5 days to diagnose. So (1) O'mera has some rude agents and (2) their scheduling is terrible if they need 5 days to diagnose a leak where I already told them it was coming from."
