"From the moment that I arrive to the moment that I drove away, the staff was super kind, helpful, and made sure I had an excellent experience. My car is currently being repair and I've been in possession of a loaner for the past month, which I noticed one of the tires had a bulge. After two failed attempts to obtain service at other tire locations who refused to utilize the voucher provided through the Rental Company, they advised me to stop by this location, as it is their go-to and they have never had any issues. It turns out the tires were running low on thread and numerous tires had air bubbles and some issues; they went ahead and replaced all 4 tires to ensure I had a safe rental to drive around before the snow hits. I was treated with kindness and respect, greeted in a pleasant and polite manner, offered coffee, received a rather speedy and expedited as well as seamless service. The rental vehicle apparently had not had an inspection, which they took responsibility of doing. As I was headed out and stepped into my rental vehicle, one of the individuals who assisted with the actual tire replacements, came up to my window to ask if I had a satisfactory service and if I needed anything else at this time. While I had a chaotic morning dealing with other providers trying to sort this tire situation on my rental out, I am so glad I decided to stop by and get the issue resolved. Thank you so much to everyone here and your diligent work! I will definitely stop by with my personal vehicle next time I need support. Happy holidays!"

"Wow, really disappointed! When I saw they were a family business and had good reviews I was really excited to give them a try versus all of the franchises I’m surrounded by. I let them know upon arrival of my enthusiasm they were family owned. The lady, I’m assuming she was the owner, just looked at me like I had a contagious disease, not once did she or any one there even bother with a smile!!! Prices aren’t anything to be excited about. Gave me an initial diagnosis that was different from other competing business, and yes, more expensive. Then added another diagnosis, of course which was more expensive than the original one. I went ahead and let them do what they wanted though frustrated over their changing information. No real gratitude after I left, either verbally or non-verbally!!!! I guess they’ll be glad I won’t be using or referring their services again?!"

"Wonder place of business. I work for uber so I needed immediate help on my car so I could work. Time is money. This place was recommended by a friend and they fixed my issue so quickly and efficiently, it was incredible. They even helped out a small issue unrelated to what I needed done free of charge. Finally they are family owned and adorable. You can trust them and need to check out this place!!"
