"The service manager came through after I had a last minute emergency! In the process of changing the oil in my Ford F150 (I did this myself - unrelated to their service.) The plastic plug that Ford uses in the oil pan broke in two, leaving me stranded with no way to refill the oil. All of the parts departments in all the dealerships around were closed as it is already 6PM and I was faced with being stranded until the next day. The service manager (I believe his name was Dave) of the quick lane came through and spent 10 minutes tracking down the oil plug from the parts department and setting up payment! I was able to get a ride to come pick it up 10 minutes later. That's service! He went outside of his job duties and responsibilities to take care of someone who wasn't even a customer! I do most of my own maintenance on my cars, but when I do need the assistance of a shop, I'm definitely coming in!"

"I went in on Saturday to get my oil change. I waited more than three hours for my car to be done. From the beginning they never told me how long it would take and they did not give me any updates as i was waiting in the waiting room. I told them one if my headlights was not working and if they could check it out. After the first two hours i asked if they had any updates on the headlight. The worker said "i don't know it's probably just the bulb." When they called me saying my car was ready they said the light bulb was going to be $80 but that they were not able to put it into my car because their hands were too big to fit to put it in. I left and as i am driving the car the next day i turn on the window washer fluid and nothing comes out. They didn't even add fluid to my car. I wonder if they even changed my oil. I still need to check that. I paid $70 to practically hangout 3 1/2 hours in their waiting room. Please don't go here. Brighton quick lane is 100x friendlier and professional."
