"I had to return my vehicle 5 times for a minor repair and the work was still not done properly. Make sure you inspect their work thoroughly before you pay. Once you’ve paid they have no incentive to finish / correct their work. I took my vehicle in for a small dent repair and paint on the front driver side fender and ended up with paint defects on both the fender and driver’s side door. Basically each time I returned the vehicle to be fixed, it came back a little worse. The final time I picked my vehicle up I again pointed the defects out to the manager who acknowledged them and said that if I wanted to have it fixed properly they would have to paint the entire drivers side door. Again, keep in mind that I took the vehicle in to have the fender repaired. The door had no damage or flaws when I first took it in for the fender repair. I asked if I could leave the vehicle again for them to correct their work but the manager said they were too busy. At that point I basically gave up. I’m unsure if they can actually do the job properly of if they would just continue to make both the fender and or worse. See pictures for the various fender / door edge conditions after each time taken in. The pictures speak for themselves. It appears they just kept tying to use touch up paint to fix their mistakes instead of doing the paint job correctly the first time or any time after. Both the fender and door remain in this condition."
