"I had a great experience here. I had a hole in my tire and I came in to get a repair kit and the person working at the counter ended up just patching the hole for me. He was so kind and helpful with the repair and very personable to talk to. He was also very respectful and didn’t assume anything about my skills or knowledge with cars. I wish I had asked his name so I could give him credit for going above and beyond on a cold snowy night to help me."

I left the store, but before I could pull away, Abe the clerk that had been helping me, came out of the store, holding the exact item I needed. Not trusting his computer system he had gone in search of it. This is how you build return customers and trust!"

"Went to Advance looking to get a read on my check engine light(which they do for free) and get a new battery. Jeff and another employee who's name I didn't catch were both very helpful with advice and saving me money on the protector spray for battery terminals. They graciously offered to replace the battery for me but I insisted that I learn how to do it for myself. Jeff then proceeded to offer to teach me so he explained the process as I watched, and I can now confidently say I can replace my own battery. This was one of my greatest auto part store experiences—the employees were friendly, knowledgable, and generous, and I really appreciated their care.
