"Probably about a year ago I left a bad review because they burnt the cheese on the pizza. I figured I'd come and leave a review saying they've redeemed themselves fully. I've ordered many times since then and have had great pizzas every time."

"Best cheese bread ever. Great pizza except for one time, the ham was like crispy jerky on top. I forgot to let them know and time got away, so I don't know how that would have been handled. Employees in the place are friendly and personable- a rarity in the times we live."

"Ordered 2 pizzas tonight after Broncos winning game. Six inches of snow. Also ordered large garden salad. Order was exactly carried out. Also included napkins and lots of their “to die for” homemade Ranch and Blue Cheese dressing. We can’t decide which pizza was the best. They exceeded all expectations. Delicious!! We order a couple of times a month and they just get better and better! Outstanding, hot and fresh and great employees."

"This is by far my most favorite blackjack location. Every single time I have gone to this location, I’ve literally NEVER been given an type of attitude, I’ve never been rushed and I’ve never waited long at all either, even when other customers were there before me. It’s always very clean inside and I notice every time I pick up my food that the employees wash their hands A LOT! Every time they stop touching the food they are preparing and touch like the register or money or whatever, I’ve always noticed them wash their hands before they go back to preparing the food. Which is obviously great!! The food is amazing, I love the cinnabread! The pizza is like no other pizza joint. I have had a lot of things on the menu and never been unsatisfied with anything I’ve ordered. The food is always fresh, and tastes delicious. I think I order from here at least once or twice a week. I am fully Italian, so I could probably eat pizza everyday. As long as it is from this blackjack pizza. I have only had one bad experience, which was a very small one where I ordered a cinnabread, large pizza, and a deep dish cheese bread. The entire order was great except the cinnabread wasn’t, it was a bit burnt. However, the manager(I think he is the manager, lol) called me literally the next day not even 24 hours had passed and I received a phone call from this location, letting me know that they apologized for the burnt cinnabread. He immediately made it right by letting me know I could come get a new one free of charge. The only reason why it took till the next day(but less than 24 hours), for me to receive a new cinnabread is only because I picked up my food that night literally right at closing time and they were no longer open to be able to give me a new one that night. However, if it had been during regular business hours I know I would’ve been able to receive the new one that same day. I have honestly NEVER been given such excellent customer service by any restaurant I’ve gone to in the past. If I could’ve given this location more than five stars, I most definitely, without a doubt would’ve given more than five stars. This location deserves one hundred stars in my opinion."

"I go here quite often and am usually very satisfied. However, tonight was a different story. I ordered a large pizza, deep dish cheese bread and a cinnabread. Everything but the cinnabread was good. My cinnabread was burnt, had way too much cinnamon in it and hardly no icing on it. Which was really disappointing bc this is usually my favorite part of my whole meal. Idk why someone would even give anyone food that is burnt like this. You can even smell the burntness when you open the box. I tried calling but no answer.."
