We've always have received excellent service but the other morning Bear diagnosed our engine problem by listening to it as we were parking it to leave it with him. He asked me to pop the hood and said he thought it sounded like a loose vacuum pipe. Sure enough the nipple that holds the pipe in place had broken. He replaced it and we were back on the road in 5 minutes! Talk about service; this was like a NASCAR pit stop! Thanks to Bear and Christine for running such a good shop; refreshing in this day & age.
