"First off I want to say that the owner is a personal friend of mine, which is an honor to me. I have known Tom for more than 20 years, and he has consistently been honest, friendly, and helpful. And pretty funny too! We have taken several vehicles to Tom, and he has always provided excellent service. He has never recommended anything that I thought was excessive, and in fact more than once has advised less work than I anticipated. As for cost, I actually think he doesn't charge enough! I have recommended Tom to many friends when they need car help. But he hates Dodges!"
