"Car broke down in the middle of the Mesa. They came and got me off the mountain and waited with me throught the hail for an hour. After my second ride didn't make it they drove me into town and dropped me off at an A&W. The guy driving the wrecker was absolutely amazing and made joy out of the unfortunate situation. 10/10 experience and would 100% seek them out again."

"They did and tow for the state patrol of my vehicle and held it which I understand. But they refused to let me get my medical equipment and personal documents out of it unless I paid the tow bill in full. This is against the Colorado towing commission rules and regulations. I would be very cautious using these people because they knowingly have broken the law"
