"Very disappointed. Got up early on this Sunday in snow. Had an appointment at Walmart for an oil change at 9 o'clock. Got to Walmart at 10 to 9. Talked to the manager i think big bald guy. He told me i had no appointment. I had made it on sat with some woman behind the counter. At this time there were vehicles in the work bay. But he could get me in the line. Gee, that's why i had made an appointment, i did not have time to wait. I think he had let some other people in ahead of me, so he told me i did not have an appointment. Just seems that's the way Walmart does things. They make the rules. So I left. I did not have time to wait. Yes, i do work 5 days a week, sat and sun are the only days i have to do it.they need a confirmation system so that people know they made an appointment. I wont be back. And i am sure they could care less."
"They take advantage of their client's. Especially if they don't no any better. My mom is on a fixed income. So she went in to get two cheap tire quotes. They gave her the most expensive rates and said that was their cheapest. She is a 73 year old lady and they took advantage of that. Also when she was there, she told me that they were unprofessional and flirting with other instead.of helping clients. When I found a few pairs way cheaper. One pair for $120 and a good pair for $150. But they gave her a price of. $445 for two tires and said the cheapest they could go was $265 for two tires! I have photo proof."
